Keep your kids safe while at play!
Adults need to supervise kids
- Never play on concrete, asphalt, or hard-packed dirt
- Watch out for others
- Climb the steps slowly
- Hold onto the handrails with both hands
- Slide one person at a time
- Wear proper footwear
- Play safely and have fun!!
Exercise Safely!!
- Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
- Warm up and stretch before physical activity
- Wear the right shoes
- Wear protective and safety gear for the activity you are participating in
- Take lessons and invest in good equipment
- Add activities and new exercises cautiously
- Develop a balanced fitness program
- Eat nutritious foods to help you stay healthy and to give you energy to exercise
- ALWAYS DRINK WATER - before, during and after exercising
